Chapelbrow Statistics
SIZE: 96 acres.
ELEVATION: 450 feet elevation in c. little over half a mile.
SLOPES: 10% to over 30%.
PROJECTED HOUSES: 175 + assisted living (60 units + 18 houses).
TIMETABLE:
2010: construction of roads, utilities, & sidewalks.
2012: construction of houses begins.
2020 to 2030: construction completed.
