The area proposed for Chapelbrow.  A red star marks the Howell property and a blue star, the Lawrence property.  The proposed subdivision will cover 96 acres between Scenic Highway and Lula Lake Road.  The map demonstrates the manner in which runoff will travel down the steep ravines on the property into more steep ravines across Lula Lake Road and cause erosion to all downstream property on the east side of Lookout Mountain and unchecked into the valley below.
