Ordinance #135: to amend Ordinance #37 to add thereto Minimum Size and Public Street Frontage Requirements for all Lots in a Residential Subdivision.Note that the existing requirements for all new subdivisions within the city limits is for lots with a minimum size of 35,000 square feet and with a minimum street frontage of 175 feet. The trend on the Mountain in the last two decades has been for lots exceeding this minimum size. The proposed change in our zoning laws would more than cut in half or leave open the minimum acreage and thus dramatically increase the density.
